By completing this form you will be signing up to join rokkwell’s exclusive wine club. You will receive two shipments of six bottles twice per year.

Cost: $180 every six months (excluding shipping). Your first payment will be taken upon submission of this form and your first six bottles of wine will be shipped within 1-3 days. Subsequent payments/shipments will align to the May/June or November/December subscription.
